Severns Butchers

We have a really exciting partnership with Lawrence Severn & Son Butchers, who are located on Hucknall High Street. The partnership provides a valuable link to our community and a fantastic learning resource for our children. 

Lawrence Severn & Son Butchers fully support our Broomhill School Farm initative and they allow groups of our children to go to the butchers to make "Broomhill Bangers".  This enables our children to learn exactly where food comes from, and the process it goes through before it gets on to their plates.  Most children are very excited to be given the opportunity to make sausages using our own free range farm animals. All children make a bag of their own sausages which they are then allowed to take home for their parents.
